PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved organic electroluminescent device, an array, and a display based on it, which have high efficiency, low voltage driving, high luminosity, and high reliability. SOLUTION: OLED, which has an organic activity domain (53) with at least one luminescence layer (EL), is provided. Furthermore, the OLED includes at least one organic electric charge transport layer (52) (hole transport layer or electron transport layer), an anode (51), and a cathode (52). This organic electric charge transport layer is alloyed by introduction of an inorganic ingredient. When the alloyed electric charge transport layer is, for example, the hole transport layer(HTL), holes conduct through the transport layer by the inorganic composition element, and voltage descending or heating decreases.
