The syringe tip e.g. for making root canal or sulcus impressions consists of a curved tapering nozzle (2) with an inner channel (6) reducing in diameter at its outlet end (7) to about 1.10 - 1.20 mm, and a collar (10) for fastening it to the syringe. It is fitted with a straight conical cap (3) with a tapering inner channel (8) and an outlet (5), made from a disposable plastic material. At the outlet (5) the cap has a wall thickness of about 0.10 mm, allowing it to dilate under the pressure of the fluid passing through it. |
