FIELD: medicinal and food industry. SUBSTANCE: consortium is prepared by combination of bifidobacterium of the following six strains: B. bifidum 791, LVA-3, B. longum YA-3, B. breve 79-88, B. infantis 79-43, B. adolescentis G 7513. The proposed consortium of bifidobacterium strains multiplies actively in nutrient media and accumulates industrial biomass for short culturing periods, ferments milk, forms clot with good taste and organoleptic properties and shows specific activity. Consortium of strains can be recommended as component for ferments in preparing fermented-milk curative-dietetic foodstuffs, nonfermented foodstuffs, bacterial preparations and biologically active supplements. Consortium shows the enhanced specific activity, it is able for the more rapid adaptation in intestine and promotes to normalization of intestine microflora for more early times. Obtainable curative- prophylactic foodstuffs show the enhanced organoleptic properties. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, valuable biological and medicinal properties.
