PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional device, a wireless portable terminal device and a data processing system by which the wireless portable terminal device can always recognize the received data, when receiving the data which the wireless portable terminal device is unable to cope with. SOLUTION: When the wireless portable terminal device receives data which the this device cannot deal with, a multifunctional terminal device receives the data which cannot be dealt with from the wireless portable terminal device to decode the this data.
