PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a mobile radio communication base station antenna, and to simplify its structure. SOLUTION: An antenna wire 23 is set by inserting a reactance element (coil) 22 (figure 1C) for inverting the phase at each node (0.5 wavelength interval) of a sinusoidal wave into linear metal 21, balance feeding is made from the center of the antenna wire 23, and a flat reflection plate 25 or a cylindrical reflector 29 is used. The coating of dielectric coating is carried out to the antenna wire 23, reflection plate 25, and reflector 29, corrosion resistance is provided; and the need for a radome can be eliminated.
