FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of hydroxamic acid of the formula (I) where R1 means substitute of the formula (II) A-(O-(CR5H)n)m-O-CH2- (II); n = 1-4; m = 0-3; R5 means hydrogen atom, alkyl or alkenyl; A means hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl; R2 means alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl; R3 means alkyl, aryl or indolylmethyl; R4 means methyl, pyridyl or X-Y- where X means morpholino-group, pyridyl or aryl and Y means alkylene where up to four methylene -(CH2)- links are optionally substituted with -CO-, - NH-, -SO2- or O. These compounds show inhibitory activity with respect to release of tumor necrosis -alpha-factor and owing to this property that can be used as pharmaceutical agent.
