SUBSTANCE: one should reveal dominant painful foci at a lumbar-sacral level and inject 3-6 ml nervin by Kozyrev V.A. prepared right before injection by mixing 10 ml 2%- novocaine solution, 1.0 ml 0.02%-vitamin B12 solution, 1.0 ml 2.5%-aqueous hydrocortisone suspension, 1.0 ml 2%-papaverine hydrochloride solution.
