PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a room entering person managing method and system at a low cost by which room entering at a plurality of places can be managed at a monitoring center without making users to carry special devices with themselves. SOLUTION: The method and system consists of a manager key device 4 for sending key information held by a manager to show being the manager with a radio means, a key detection means 2 for receiving the key information, a room entering detection means 1 for detecting entering of a facility H1 or the manager H0 and sending room entering information, a room entering controlling device 3 having a manager detection means 32 for detecting the key information and a room entering detection means 31 for deciding entering of a user or that of the manager based on the key information and the entering information, an information transmitting means 5 and a transmission line 5A for transmitting the room entering information by communication, and a management pc device 6 for receiving the room entering information via the information transmitting means 5 and the transmission line 5A and display-outputting abnormal entering when the user enters an entering prohibited area. |
