PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in the collection of questionnaires and to improve a point reduction rate in a point addition system for applying a point when an article of commerce is purchased. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transmitting means for transmitting a questionnaire from an article managing server 20 to a client terminal 13 of a client 15, who purchases an article, an integrating means for integrating a number of times of answering to the questionnaire transmitted from the client terminal 13 for each client, a point rate storage part 28c for storing a point rate, which is set so that the point rate can be increased step by step with increase in the integrated value of the number of times of answering, a stored point number storage part 28b for accumulating and storing a point number for each client, and a point number operating means for finding a point rate corresponding to the relevant number of times of answering from the point rate storage part 28c on the basis of the found number of times of answering, operating a point number on the basis of this point rate and storing the operated point number in the stored point number storage part 28b. |
