PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mediate between a person who has various problems to be solved and a person who proposes ideas for solving the problems. SOLUTION: Based on the problems which are presented by a problem- presenting person, received and then stored, the problems and their summaries produced based on the problems concerned are outputted, and the problem- solving ideas corresponding to the outputted problems or theirs summaries obtained from a problem-solving proposer are received to store, and at least, a part of the problem-solving ideas thus stored or their summaries prepared based on the problem-solving ideas are outputted as a set with the corresponding problems or their summaries. |
