OPTICAL PICKUP LENS HOLDER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup lens holder whose bearing is mechani cally rugged and formed perpendicular to the lens seat with its inside diameter excellent in circularity. SOLUTION: The optical pickup lens holder 1 is made of resin. The lens support 2 and the bearing 3 are jointed with a bridge 3b. The lens support 2 has a bearing hole 2a and lens seat 4 formed inside the lens attaching hole 4a and the bearing has a baring support 3a perpendicular to the lens seat 4. One or more lens attaching holes 4a are formed with lens seats 4 at the decentered position from the bearing 3 of the lens support 2.
