<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bushing which does not require filling of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin covering material 24 consisting of a coating portion 9 and a tented section 10, which is extended from the coating portion 9 and covering a coated electric wire 14 connected to the conductive rod 5, is united together with the conductive rod 5 by molding at one end of the conductive rod 5. A spiral ditch is formed on inside wall of the tented section 10, and an insulating grease is applied to the ditch together with the wall. The coated electric wire 14 is inserted from the tented section 10, successively the coated portion 9 and the tented section 10 are pressed by a die. A core wire 15 and the coated electric wire 14 are then bent and deformed to a compressed state to be secured. The insulating grease in the tented portion 10 is transferred to the ditch and retained. The conductive rod 5 is inserted from the electric wire insertion hole 2, and a brim portion is attached to a step section of the bushing 1. Subsequently, a cushioning material 18, a board 19, a flat washer 20 and a spring washer 21 are mounted on a screw section 6 tented from the inserting hole 3 for the conductive rod, and the conductive rod 5 is secured on the bushing 1 by using a nut 22.</p> |
