<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salary allowance calculation program for calculating an allowance by making equivalent calculation processing work correspond to a total allowance and taking not only personnel rating of the period concerned but also the result of past personnel rating into consideration concerning the reflecting degree of the result of personnel rating, for obtaining agreement of a personnel to be rated by fairly connecting the result of fair personnel rating to the equivalent. SOLUTION: In the salary allowance calculation program by a computer for reflecting the result of personnel rating by the computer to the calculation of salaries such as a ability rate, a bonus, an annual salary, numeral values such as the total allowance of the salaries of each group of the same position and the same job type being the object of personnel rating is set in advance and the point of rating of each personnel to be rated by personnel rating being the meritocratic index, a seniority order index such as a base salary, the past salary allowance being the result of the past personnel rating are inputted to the computer and given arithmetic processing to calculate the salary allowance of the personnel to be rated.</p> |
