摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a memory medium having a cell capable of recording a multi-valued digital signal by holding a state of a line of a magnetic force and a state of electrons on an infinitesimal superconducting ring, or an infinitesimal superconducting plate and a device for fetching a signal from the medium. SOLUTION: (1) The superconducting ring 1 or the superconducting plate 2 is formed on a surface or an interior of an insulator matrix. (2) Two electrode plates are formed via the ring 1 or the plate 2. The memory medium comprising a cell capable of recording three or more types of multi-values with a principle of (a) only a Meissner effect or (b) the Meissner effect and a tunnel effect of the electron only by a single (1) or by a combination of (1) and (2) is formed. The device for sensing a conductance of a memory cell from the fixed memory medium and sensing the line of the magnetic force by using a moving coil is manufactured.
