PURPOSE: A manhole finishing machine is provided to maintain perfect contact between an existing manhole surface and a ring surface upon installing a magnet ring. CONSTITUTION: A body has a penetrated center. A fixing unit(20) fixes the body to a manhole(M). A cutting unit has a cutter which is rapidly rotated by driving a motor so that a horizontal contact portion of a magnet ring can be finished at an upper part of the manhole(M). A cutter horizontal moving unit slidably moves the cutting unit in a horizontal direction. A cutter vertical lifting unit lifts the cutting unit in a vertical direction. A cutter turning unit turns the cutting unit with the cutter in a predetermined radius.
