PURPOSE: A vibration-proof synthetic resin dual wall pipe is provided to improve flexibility while enduring against strong external impact by forming the vibration-proof synthetic resin dual wall pipe using PVC. CONSTITUTION: Small pipes(110) having a plurality of hollow sectional areas are bonded to each other so as to form a synthetic resin dual wall pipe. Synthetic resin includes a hard synthetic resin layer(120) and a soft synthetic resin layer(130). In order to improve strength of synthetic resin, a hard PVC and a soft PVC are used. A bonding section formed between the small pipes(110) made of hard synthetic resin and the soft synthetic resin layer(130) is formed in a spiral shape so that the hard synthetic resin layer(120) and the soft synthetic resin layer(130) are alternately arranged. A strip shaped protrusion is formed at both sides of the small pipes(110).
