LOW NOISE OUTPUT DRIVER OF CURRENT CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: A low noise output driver of a current control method is provided to reduce noise by controlling variably the amount of current. CONSTITUTION: A pull-up transistor(201) is connected between a power supply source(VDD) and an output terminal. The pull-up transistor(201) has a gate for receiving a pull-up control signal(PDB). A pull-down transistor(202) is connected between a ground voltage(GND) and an output terminal. The pull-down transistor(202) has a gate for receiving a pull-down control signal(ND). The first transmission gate(204) is inserted into a gate input terminal of the pull-up transistor(201). The second transmission gate(205) is inserted into a gate input terminal of the pull-down transistor(202).
