FIELD: devices for processing data conveyed from transmitter to receiver. SUBSTANCE: first station encodes data as data characters, rotates data characters so that those corresponding to each other with respect to synchronization sections of data segments in data block are disposed in such a manner that they can be processed together, and circularly shifted data characters are inserted in data sections of data segments in data block so that the latter has a number of data segments wherein each segment has segment synchronization section and data section. Second station processes data characters so that corresponding data characters in first data character set are processed with delay of twenty data characters, and corresponding data characters in second set of data characters are processed with delay of twenty-four data characters depending on position of data characters relative to synchronizing sections.
