PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generating efficiency by determining the thickness of a fuel electrode current detector to be optimum. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolyte fuel cell wherein a fuel electrode layer 3 and an air electrode layer 4 are arranged on both faces of a solid electrolyte layer 2, the fuel electrode current collector 6 and an air electrode current detector 7 made of a porous cushion material are arranged on the outsides of these layers, and a separator 8 is arranged on the outsides of these layers, the thickness S of the fuel electrode current collector 6 is set to be 0.55 to 0.95 mm, preferably 0.65 to 0.85 mm. |
