PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker which can prevent sudden stoppage of supply of power due to excess power consumption. SOLUTION: This breaker 1 in a distribution section comprises a power consumption measuring part 2, a communication part 3 for communicating power consumption information of equipment 5 to 8 for receiving supply of power from the breaker 1, and a decision part 4 for deciding whether or not permissible use of power is exceeded, when power consumption of the equipments 5 to 8 is added to the power consumption; and the power consumption information is received from the equipment 5 to 8 at the time of starting action in the equipment 5 to 8, when the consumption power exceeding the permissible value of the breaker 1 is foreseen by starting of the action in the equipment 5 to 8, that starting of the action can not be conducted is notified to the equipment 5 to 8. |
