<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new communication support system, by which the number of participants changing by the minute and an opinion situation concerning a certain raised problem can be directly visualized, writing of the participants can be observed as necessary and the change of a trend of the participants concerning the raised problem can be known with time if necessary. SOLUTION: In this communication support system (A) connected to an information terminal (2a) of a player through the Internet (1) or an intranet and for displaying an attitude, such as the approval/disapproval or neutrality of the player with respect to a problem raised by a client (3), the attitude expression of the player with respect to the problem is made to be displayed with the color of a own opinion body (6) appearing on an information terminal screen, opinion bodies (6) are simultaneously displayed on the screen with the passage of time, in matching with the increase/decrease of players, and colors of the opinion bodies (6) can also be changed in matching with opinion changes of players at any time.</p> |
