PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making it full color comparatively easily, in producing of luminescence equipment using a high polymer organic compound. SOLUTION: The organic compound film, which has laminating structure, can be formed by dissolving the high polymer organic compound in a proton nature solvent or a non-proton nature solvent, and applying it. Furthermore, etching, which left the organic compound film currently formed in the position, which overlaps with an electric conduction film, becomes possible by forming the electric conduction film, which serves as an etching stopper, on this organic compound film and by carrying out etching. In addition, the organic compound film, which consists of two or more high polymer organic compounds, can be made and divided separately by using combining of an wet type etching method or a dry type etching method.
