PURPOSE: To provide an inverter module which has large creeping distances between terminals, to which relatively high potentials are applied, and other terminals. CONSTITUTION: An inverter module has a plurality of leads arranged into a ZIP form. The leads 101U, 101V, and 101W which function as load side output terminals and leads 104U, 104V, and 104W which function as high potential side control input terminals are bent in directions opposite to each other. Further, the leads 101U, 101V, and 101W and leads 107U, 107V, and 107W which function as low potential side control input terminals are separated from each other by distances four times of a terminal pitch. |
