FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: an ansa of small intestine is mobilized to suture there catheter-intubated ureters. A supporting enterostoma is formed. Moreover, left ureter is passed through a mesentery of a sigmoid flexure. Medial walls of ureters' distal ends are sutured together at the distance of 3-4 cm. Catheters are directed through a small intestine. Ureters are sutured with proximal edge of a small intestine. By tightening the catheters one should put the line of sutures into a small intestine for 3-4 cm. The second row of sutures is applied between the wall of ureters and that of a small intestine. The walls of a small intestine are sutured between ureters. A small intestine is fixed to the tissues of retroperitoneal space and mesentery of a sigmoid intestine. The method helps to prevent postoperation pyelonephritis. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
