PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system with a power failure countermeasure mechanism which can supply the electric power to a power consumption part of a load equipment stably and has high system efficiency even when any equipment which constitutes the system breaks down. SOLUTION: The output of an AC power supply 1 is branched into two ways, one is connected to a power consumption part 2-3 through the first rectification part 2-1 and the first diode D1, and the other is connected to a power consumption part 2-3 through a rectifier 3, a battery 4, an inverter 5, the second rectification part 2-2, and the second diode D2. The output voltage characteristics for the output current of the first rectification part 2-1 is made different from that of the second rectification part 2-2 so that the output current of the first rectification part 2-1 is always larger than that of the second rectification part 2-2. |
