SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of fixing welded parts in stationary and movable clamping devices at preliminarily compressing them with peening effort in order to mark origin for measuring upsetting value; releasing peening effort; imparting mutual rotation to parts; applying to welded parts heating effort and then peening effort; heating parts at preset feed rate in order to provide counter-pressure in power hydraulic cylinder; registering predetermined upsetting value; after achieving it de-energizing rotation drive of parts and applying peening effort; controlling lowering of mutual rotation speed according to predetermined value and then performing dynamic peening.
