PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a moving amount showing the movement of an object during exposure time. SOLUTION: An estimated mixing ratio processing part 401 calculates an estimated mixing ratio for each pixel by calculation corresponding to the model of a covered background area, calculates an estimated motion vector and supplies the calculated estimated mixing ratio and estimated motion vector to a mixing ratio determining part 403. An estimated mixing ratio processing part 402 calculates an estimated mixing ratio for each pixel by calculation corresponding to the model of an uncovered background area, calculates an estimated motion vector and supplies the calculated estimated mixing ratio and estimated motion vector to the mixing ratio determining part 403. On the basis of area information showing which of foreground area, background area, covered background area and uncovered background area a concerned pixel belongs to, the mixing ratio determining part 403 sets the mixing ratio and the motion vector. |
