<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a state of life of the aged living alone and a person in need of care on a daily basis and finds out whether there is any abnormality or not without invading their privacy. SOLUTION: The system comprises a standard use database 3 which accumulates an individual data of standard use of utilities such as electricity, gas, tap water of each contractor's residence in a server 2 run by a living state checking company, a receiving part 4 which receives status data of use of utilities such as electricity, gas, and tap water of each contractor's residence A, a judging means 5 which compares the status data of use received at the receiving part 4 of utilities such as electricity, gas and tap water of each contractor's residence A with an individual data of the standard use of each contractor's residence A accumulated in the standard use database 3 and judges whether the status data of use is normal or not and a means 6 to inform of abnormality occurrence which informs of occurrence of abnormality in case judgement by the judging means 5 proves abnormal.</p> |
