<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an election management server, an election management system using communication circuits and a method thereof by which people can vote without going to the poll and furthermore which can rapidly total the voting result without unfairness and mistakes. SOLUTION: This server is an election management server used by an election voting system using communication circuits; and this election management server is provided with a confirmation means which confirms a person as a voter himself based on a voter number and a personal information number proper to the voter which the voter inputs from his information terminals, an accepting means which accepts votes from the voters after confirming the persons as the voters themselves, a totaling means which performs totaling of the votes accepted by the accepting means, and a notifying means which notifies the election result data totaled by the totaling means to the information terminals of the voters.</p> |
