PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate-evaluating method which enables usual consumers, personal investors and so on to easily understand real estate information and evaluate real estate properties efficiently. SOLUTION: After qualified persons of more than one kind prepare investigative information for each of investigation items according to the real estate investigation-item groups consisting of two or more preliminarily fixed investigation items, they summarize the investigative information to prepare the summarized investigative information, and then comprehensively evaluate the real estate based on the summarized investigative information.
