<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a method for belongings and owners in witch the owner of a lost belonging can be specified speedily and the lost belonging can be delivered to a desired destination without having the owner come to the storing place of the lost belonging. SOLUTION: In the system, an owner information storing part 20 and a belonging information storing part 21, storing the information including the type of the belonging in context to the information of the owner, a lost belonging information storing part 23 storing the information of the belonging that has become a lost belonging by departing from the possession of the owner, a lost belonging information processing part (lost belonging search part) 28 specifying the owner of the lost belonging based on the information of the belonging stored to the owner information storing part 20 and the belonging information storing part 21 and the information of the lost belonging stored to the lost belonging information storing part 23 and a lost belonging delivery part 30 to deliver the lost belonging to the specified owner are provided.</p> |
