PURPOSE: A waist band for ornaments is provided to prevent pants or skirts from falling down or shirts from coming out by keeping a proper tightness around a waist portion. CONSTITUTION: A spandex band of a strap type has a predetermined length in a contracted state. A coupler(20) has an engagement long hole(22) vertically formed at the front end of one side and is coupled to both ends of the spandex band by an engaging unit(24). A plurality of decorative parts(30) with the width of the spandex band, have clamps protruded upward and downward at the upper and lower ends, curved to the rear surface of the spandex band and fixed thereto. Even if the spandex band extends to the maximum, the decorative parts(30) are fixed at such an interval that keeps an overlapped state in one direction.
