PURPOSE: A semiconductor IC device having a duty ratio control scheme is provided to control a skew and a duty ratio between a main path and a local path by forming plural signal paths with different line width. CONSTITUTION: A clock buffer circuit(100) receives input clock signals. The input clock signals are transmitted to a feedback circuit(120) through a plurality of buffers(B20,B21,B22,B23) and a local path. The local path is formed with a plurality of signal paths(LP1,LP2,LP3). The signal paths(LP1,LP2,LP3) have different line width, respectively. One signal path selected from the signal paths(LP1,LP2,LP3) is acted as a practical signal transfer path. Each line width of the signal paths(LP1,LP2,LP3) is different. Each length of the signal paths(LP1,LP2,LP3) is different in order to remove a delay difference.
