PURPOSE: A stabilizer device of a vehicle is provided to secure freedom of design, simplify constitution, and reduce the weight. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer device of a vehicle comprises a first pressure cylinder(14) and a second pressure cylinder(24), comprised of a cylinder connecting a vehicle body(1) and lower arms(11,21) and pistons(13,23), installed on both sides of the vehicle body; a first conduit line(31), communicating the upper side of a cylinder(12) of the first pressure cylinder and the lower side of a cylinder(22) of the second pressure cylinder; a second conduit line(32), communicating the upper side of the second pressure cylinder and the lower side of the first pressure cylinder; and a tuning device, installed in a communicating line(33) of the first conduit line and the second conduit line to control pressure difference between the first conduit line and the second conduit line.
