<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly arrange oscillation pieces in a package. SOLUTION: A package envelope 30 is provided with a cavity 38 for receiving an oscillation piece 40 formed in a tuning fork shape. The oscillation piece 40 has a proximal end which is secured to a mount electrode 56 via a conductive adhesive 58 and is electrically connected to an electrode 46 via the mount electrode 56. The package envelope 30 is provided with positioning marks 48 (48a, 48b), 50 (50a, 50b) exposed to the cavity 38. A robot 100 which attracts the oscillation piece 40 arranges the oscillation piece 40 between the positioning marks positioned in a widthwise direction of the oscillation piece 40 detected by an image process technique.</p> |
