PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip processor using the definition information of a slip made to be in common in slip input and slip output regarding the slip processor. SOLUTION: The slip processor 40 is connected via the Internet 60 to a slip data input device 70 provided with a web browser 71 and is provided with a slip definition information conversion part 41 and a slip output part 42. The slip definition information conversion part 41 prepares an HTML file to be transmitted to the slip data input device 70 to display a slip image on the basis of the slip definition information 20 including layout information, input control information and output control information. The slip output part 42 outputs an output object 80 which is the slip on the basis of the slip definition information 20 and data 50 for output transmitted from the slip data input device 70.
