PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work for loading continuous paper. SOLUTION: This facility has a continuous paper set means for setting rolled continuous paper 65, a driving means, a continuous paper loading means for feeding out and loading the continuous paper 65 by rotating the continuous paper 65 set to the continuous paper set means by driving the driving means, an operating means, and a manual loading processing means for forcedly driving the driving means when the operating member is operated. In such a case, the rolled continuous paper 65 set to the continuous paper set means is rotated by driving the driving means, the continuous paper 65 is loaded and when the operating member is operated, the driving means is forcedly driven so that work for loading the continuous paper 65 can be simplified.
