PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide real time traffic information with emphasis on an interface for reporting the traffic jam, regulated traffic condition of a route selected by a user, displaying characters. SOLUTION: Real time traffic information with emphasis on a user interface is displayed on the basis of positional information such as latitude/longitude of a city/town/village where a user's portable terminal is present, which is transmitted from the portable terminal, showing the traffic jam and regulate traffic condition of a route selected by the user.
