FIELD: medical engineering; applicable in cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: device has wires with fixing members and disc, bushing with cover and movable sleeve with screw located inside bushing. Bushing has longitudinal recess through which sleeve is locked by screw. Disc is secured to sleeve and has wires from springy material for fixation of patches. Wires are brought outside through cover hole and have removable fixing members for prevention of displacement of patch. Wires are embedded into disc with displacement relative to cover holes towards smaller diameter. As a result, in tensioning and fixation of patch with subsequent suturing, deformation of patch is prevented during its implantation, and uniform tensioning of sutures is ensured in patch suturing and reduced time of operation.
