A heat exchanger for heating air comprising a plurality of tubes (10a, 10b) for circulating a heat-carrying fluid, a plurality of electric heating bars (30) having resistive elements disposed between the electrodes of the electricity supply, and a set of radiating elements (20) associated with the tubes and heating bars. The radiating elements are made up of crossed blades (20) with contact via the tubes (10a, 10b) and heating bars (30).
