PURPOSE: A device for forward or reversely rotating a cooling fan of a harvester engine is provided to reduce the damage rate by remarkably reducing the vibration and noise when the rotary direction of the cooling fan is changed. CONSTITUTION: A crank shaft pulley is fixed on the crank shaft. A slip pulley(15') is coupled to a rotary drive shaft of a cooling fan(11). A generator pulley(18) is fixed on the rotary driving shaft of a generator(16). A fixed pulley(15) is arranged at the side of the slip pulley, and is fixed on the rotary driving shaft of the cooling fan(11). A first and second auxiliary pulley(58,59) are arranged at the side of the fixed pulley. A turning plate(51) supports the rotary shaft of the first and second auxiliary pulleys. A tension arm(53) connects the turning move side of the generator to an engine body.
