PURPOSE: A duty cycle correction circuit of a semiconductor device is provided, which recovers a clock signal, whose duty cycle is changed, into a clock signal having its original duty cycle, using a duty error signal generated by assembling clock signals whose duty cycles are changed. CONSTITUTION: A duty error pulse generation unit(10) generates a duty error pulse control signal and a duty error pulse using clock signals whose duty cycles are changed. A pulse separation unit(20) generates the first and the second duty error pulse by separating the duty error pulse generated from the duty error pulse generation unit. And a duty recovery circuit(30) recovers the above clock signals, whose duty cycles are changed, into clock signal having original duty cycles, in response to the duty error pulse control signal generated from the duty error pulse generation unit and the first and the second duty error pulse separated from the pulse separation unit.
