The invention is characterised in that in the antigen-presenting cells produce B7-receptor bonding molecules, which bind receptors of the B7-family in an intercellular manner. The invention is based on a reduction of specific immune reactions. According to said method, antigen-presenting cells lead to the suppression of rejection reactions to transplants.
