PURPOSE: A device for connecting a SIM(Subscriber Identity Module) card installed in a folder is provided to conveniently mount and dismount the SIM card by being separated from a battery pack housing of a portable phone. CONSTITUTION: A SIM card connection device(130) has a circular base(131) which caves in an upper surface of a folder(120), a SIM card safety-receiving portion(132) which caves in a lower surface of the base(131), and a fixed hole(134) which is opened in the bottom of the base(131) and is extended following an external circumference of the SIM card safety-receiving portion(132). A locker(150) is formed in an upper direction of the SIM card connection device(130), and is mounted and dismounted on the SIM card connection device(130) according to rotation.
