PURPOSE: A method for embodying a virtual private network of a mobile terminal group is provided to share a file among all mobile terminals in a wireless network or perform a network work by configuring the wireless network having a plurality of mobile terminals and connecting all terminals in the wireless network using a packet data service. CONSTITUTION: If a random mobile terminal 1 originates a packet call to a representative telephone number for using a packet data service through a network(S401), an origination traffic path is set up among the origination-side mobile terminal 1, a BTS(Base Transceiver Station), an MSC(Mobile Switching Center), and a matching processing unit of an IWF(Inter Working Function)(S402). If the origination-side mobile terminal 1 requests the packet data service to the set origination traffic path, a logical link setup processing unit of the IWF sets a logical link capable of performing a multi-protocol between the origination-side mobile terminal 1 and the logical link setup processing unit(S403). The MSC retrieves whether the representative telephone number paged by the origination-side mobile terminal 1 is currently used(S411). If the representative telephone number is not currently used, the MSC transmits a paging signal to all mobile terminals in a grouped network to the representative telephone number managed by the MSC(S412). The mobile terminals receives the paging signal, sets each traffic path among the BTSs, the MSC, and the matching processing unit of the IWF(S413), and connects logical links between the termination-side mobile terminals and the logical link setup processing unit(S414). The logical link setup processing unit connects the origination logical links to a plurality of termination logical links using a telephone number(S404). The logical link setup processing unit shares files among the mobile terminals in the connected network group and performs a network work(S405).
