PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for servicing one-to-one packet data in a mobile terminal are provided to connect an one-to-one packet call between mobile terminals, and share or copy data between the mobile terminals. CONSTITUTION: An origination-side mobile terminal(10) configures a working group, and originates a packet call for performing a network work using an one-to-one packet service. A termination-side mobile terminal(50) connects to the origination-side mobile terminal(10) by one-to-one, and performs the network work. A wireless network unit(20) sets each traffic path with the origination-side mobile terminal(10) and the termination-side mobile terminal(50). An IWF(Inter Working Function)(30) connects to the wireless network unit(20) and connects a logical link so that it is possible for the one-to-one network work between the origination-side mobile terminal(10) and the termination-side mobile terminal(50).
