A synthetic resin pallet formed in a double layer structure having a skin layer and a core layer and using an inexpensive regenerative plastic material for the core layer, characterized by comprising the skin layer having at least partly an outer layer and the core layer forming an inner layer formed of two types of resins, a method of molding a multiple layer injection molded product, the so−called sandwich molding method, comprising the steps of, by using a one−point gate system in which a one−point gate part is provided generally at the center part of a deck board, injecting the resin for the skin layer forming the outer layer into the cavity of a metal mold and injecting the resin for the core layer forming the inner layer, wherein the core layer can be formed in 10 to 70w.% of the total, whereby, by the double layer structure, the pallet can be provided at a reduced cost without lowering the performance.
