PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING OUTER WALL PANEL OF BUILDING AND THE OUTER WALL PANEL PRODUCED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing outer wall panel of a building or structure is provided to increase production effect and smoothness of finishing stone material and to completely protect different materials from being broken or generating cracks due to difference of shrinkage/expansion rates between the materials. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of arranging finishing stone material(2) as exterior sides of a building onto a molding frame(1) and placing a buffer component(4) having elastic and heat-insulating properties; introducing G.F.R.C. concrete(5) admixed with glass fiber and polymer over the buffer component(4) in 10-400mm thickness to make pins(3) pass through the buffer component to be hidden into the concrete; and filling a heat-insulating component(8) between steel frames(6) to form the outer wall panel and to be fixed on upper side of the concrete. The frames(6) have multiple frame-coupling anchors(7) projected downward. The buffer component(4) absorbs difference of shrinkage/expansion rates between the finishing material and the G.F.R.C concrete.
