<p>A memory card connector includes housing for receiving a generally planar memory card movable in an insertion direction from a pr eload position to an inserted position. The card has a given thickness. A slider is movably mounted on the housing and is engageable with the memory card for movement therewith between the preload and inserted positions. A lock member is integral with the slider and is engageable with the memory card in a thickness direction of the card to a locking position with a lock portion of the card.</p> |
