PURPOSE: Structure of a rear mounting of a double-folding seat for a vehicle is provided to improve appearance by shielding a rear seat mounting even when a double-folding seat is folded. CONSTITUTION: A rotating hook(14) is installed on a lower frame(13) of a seat cushion(10). A fixing hook(110) for fixing and unfixing the hook is installed on a floor(100). Fixing ledges are formed on both sides of the rotating hook. The rotating hook is kept in the vertical state. Upon standing the seat cushion, the rotating hook is received in the lower frame. Therefore, appearance of the floor is improved. Further, the connecting force is strengthened by the fixing ledges of the fixing hook.
